About Wardour Clinical Standards

Wardour Clinical Standards publishes editable compliance documents for UK healthcare providers: private clinics, medical laboratories, phlebotomy services and medical couriers.

The library was built by the founder of a specialist medical courier company, who went on to build a UKAS-accredited pathology laboratory and CQC-registered clinics in London. That business has since been sold. The documents its teams relied on have been rewritten from first principles as clean, generic templates that any provider can adapt, and updated for current requirements: the CQC assessment framework, the 2014 Regulations, ISO 15189:2022, UK GDPR and ADR 2025.

What we believe

• Plain English beats boilerplate. Staff should be able to follow a procedure without a glossary.
• Evidence matters more than paper. Every pack includes Excel registers and logs so your system produces records, not just policies.
• Be honest about templates. They save time, but they're not advice, and only you can make them true of your service.

How we work

We're an online-only publisher. You buy and download on this site, and updates are emailed automatically. Support is by email and through our FAQ. We don't offer consultancy, calls or bespoke editing.
