Cookie Notice
1. What this notice covers
Our website wardourclinical.co.uk uses cookies and similar technologies (such as browser local storage) - together "cookies". This notice explains which ones and how to control them, in line with the Privacy and Electronic Communications Regulations as amended by the Data (Use and Access) Act 2025.
2. Types of cookies we use
| Type | Purpose | Consent needed? |
|---|---|---|
| Strictly necessary | Make the site work and keep it secure, and remember your cookie choice. Our website host (Cloudflare) may also set a strictly necessary security cookie if needed to protect the site from abuse | No - these are needed for the site to work securely |
| Advertising measurement (Google Ads) | Only if you click "Accept" in our cookie banner: measure whether our Google adverts lead to visits to checkout and to sales. We do not use them for remarketing or personalised advertising | Yes - only set if you click "Accept"; you can change your choice at any time with "change settings" in the footer |
| Checkout platform cookies | When you click a "Buy" button you go to our checkout platform, Payhip, on payhip.com. Payhip and the payment provider you choose set their own cookies there (for example to run the checkout, keep it secure and prevent fraud) under Payhip's Privacy and Cookies Policy (https://payhip.com/privacy) and the payment provider's own notice | Set and controlled by Payhip and the payment provider, not by us |
We do not use analytics, remarketing or personalised-advertising cookies. If we add any in future, we will update this notice first and ask for your consent before setting them.
3. Cookie list
| Cookie name | Provider | Type | Duration |

Google may also use its own cookies on google.com domains when you have clicked an advert; see Google's privacy policy (https://policies.google.com/privacy). Cookies set on payhip.com during checkout are listed and explained by Payhip.
4. Your choices
- Use the cookie banner, or the "change settings" link in the footer, to accept or refuse Google Ads measurement cookies. Refusing is as easy as accepting, and the site works the same either way.
